Cornerstone HR & Migration is a specialist recruitment and migration firm working closely with Australian businesses to solve workforce shortages through targeted recruitment and visa-aligned hiring strategies . We are a lean, founder‑led business and are now looking for a strong, commercially minded Recruitment Specialist to work directly with the Director and play a key role in growing the recruitment arm of the business. This is not a high‑volume, transactional recruitment role. It is a position for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and long‑term growth .
