We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and more
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills, fit, and readiness
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
  • Lead recruitment by improving processes
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
