Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Headhunter with 6 month-1 year of experience into recruitment to identify, engage, and close top talent across various roles and industries. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
Key Responsibilities
● Sourcing & Hunting: Actively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
● Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fi t.
● Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
