Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand critical and high-impact roles, proactively mapping talent from the external market to meet strategic hiring needs.


QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of IT recruitment experience(Infra and apps), with at least 2 years focused on strategic hiring.


RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, conducting HR assessments, interviewing, and closing candidates for strategic roles.
