Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
    Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Recruitment Process Management:
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
    Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
