Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Over‑all in‑charge for documents needed for new hires (list of Requirements, BDO endorsement, SSS, BIR, etc.)
  • End‑to‑end process of recruitment from posting, sourcing, interviews to onboarding and endorsement to L&D Department for training
  • Coordinate with JobCon partners for soon‑to‑open stores under company owned for sourcing
  • Handle SLA monitoring and request for fill‑rate report on a monthly basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Psychology, Business, or other related courses
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment
