Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications

• At least 1 year exp.
• Must have exp handling tech, executive and niche roles
• Must have handled high volume calls/reach outs
• Experience in end to end recruitment
• Amenable to work onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong (near MRT station)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments or phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring status
• Support job posting creation and posting on relevant platforms
