  • A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within an organization.
  • This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and assessments professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
