Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our contact center operations to join our Jaipur and Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BPO hiring processes , sourcing techniques, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent quickly. You will partner with business managers to understand requirements, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions including Voice, Non-Voice, Back Office, and Customer Support roles.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases .
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Manage the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
