Qualifications

  1. A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  2. Proficient in recruiting, candidate screening and recruitment allocation; must possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  3. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and assist in talent acquisition strategies
  4. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of the team
