Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods, including social media and job boards. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while providing feedback throughout the process. Maintain a candidate database and tracking system for all applicants.
