We're Hiring!
Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Recruiter assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Achieves On time delivery of agent hiring requisitions within the agreed SLA
- Account Management, Reporting and Analytics
- Conducts Behavioral Interviews and Profiling
- Accountable in achieving 100% Show Up during Training
- Monitors Training Attrition and provides recommendations to improve Retention
- Ensures quality of endorsements by monitoring Pass Rates and Interview Observations
- Conduct job offers, on-boarding orientations to new hires
- Manages onboarding, completion of Pre-Employment requirements and 201 filing of all chosen hires.
