Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in mass hiring and intern programs to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment . Must-have requirements 3 years of experience within the manufacturing industry , leading or supporting operational/hourly recruitment . Proven experience coordinating and managing recruitment agencies (RPO or external vendors) for operational manufacturing roles. Strong background recruiting hourly and shift-based positions (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts) and/or within unionized environments . Intermediate English level , able to conduct basic interviews and daily communication . Solid administrative recruitment management , with hands-on knowledge of the agency/RPO process , including job requisitions, follow-up, invoicing, guarantees, service levels, and recruitment KPIs .
