Responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for direct and technical positions, ensuring timely delivery of required talent, on-time file submissions, and developing new strategies for the recruitment function.

  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent communication and positive candidate experience.
  • Strategic Advisory: Actively advise executives and HR Business Partners on job profiles, search channels, selection procedures, and talent market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Performance Metrics: Prepare, track, and maintain recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction scores to measure recruitment effectiveness.
