As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting with the hiring process for various positions within our company. This is a work-from-home role, and the successful candidate will need to have their own PC, high-speed internet, and the necessary equipment to conduct professional video calls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
