Job Description

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for performing end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates for the internal and external requirements of People Serve MPC. He/She is responsible for developing and maintaining effective sourcing channels to ensure a sufficient pool of active and passive candidates that can be utilized within the agreed service level agreement. He/She ensures that all members meet the necessary prerequisites for deployment. He/She is also in charge of maintaining a harmonious relationship with the counterparts assigned to clients.



Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

- Knowledgeable in conducting interviews, screening resumes, and handling recruitment-related tasks is an advantage.
