  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency
  • With supervisory or team lead experience in handling recruiters or talent acquisition associates
  • Strong experience in high-volume hiring and account handling
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process, deployment process, and pre-employment requirements
