Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the recruitment team in fulfilling retail manpower requirements for store and head office positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with store managers and department heads regarding hiring needs and deployment schedules.
  • Lead field recruitment activities such as job fairs, mall hiring events, and coordination with PESO offices.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified retail candidates.
  • Maintain an active applicant database for various retail positions (e.g., sales associate, cashier, merchandiser, store supervisor).
  • Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely completion of hiring targets .
