Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the recruitment team in fulfilling retail manpower requirements for store and head office positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with store managers and department heads regarding hiring needs and deployment schedules.
- Lead field recruitment activities such as job fairs, mall hiring events, and coordination with PESO offices.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified retail candidates.
- Maintain an active applicant database for various retail positions (e.g., sales associate, cashier, merchandiser, store supervisor).
- Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely completion of hiring targets .
