- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring recruiters is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with local labor market trends in Mindanao is a plus
