Job Description:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Prior experience supervising or mentoring recruiters is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with local labor market trends in Mindanao is a plus
