Requirements
- Must be familiar with recruiting in paper Industry, Diaper Industry or FMCG(nonfood)
- With 3 years experience in the same field and industry
- Manage the talent acquisition processes to attract top talent
- Build strong relationships with the business to smoothly and efficiently meet talent needs
- Identify, source and develop qualified candidate pools
- Check references and extend offers and prepare new hire paperwork
- Create and foster relationship with colleges and professional organizations in order to attract and recruit diverse candidate
