Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement quarterly and annual hiring plans aligned with business needs
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines
Ensure consistency and quality across all recruitment processes and standards
Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
