Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual hiring plans aligned with business needs

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all recruitment processes and standards

2. Sourcing & Talent Attraction
  • Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms

  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives

3. Candidate Screening & Selection
