At G4 Global Partners we are looking for Recruitment Trainee to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for recruitment processes for our clients based across LATAM. The professional's main responsibilities will be:
- Deliver recruitment of professionals for G4 clients (middle and top level).
- Develop recruitment strategy, sourcing of candidate, CV screening, phone screening, face to face and Skype interview and build networking with candidates in several markets.
- Managing the recruitment process through interviews to offer stage and beyond.
- Support the sales activity by searching for potentials lead, market research and networking.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven success in a similar role. Experience in consultancy will be highly appreciated.
