Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies aligned with organizational workforce plans.

  • Coordinates with department heads to understand role requirements and competency needs.

  • Maintains and updates job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with department heads.

  • Manages sourcing channels including job portals, consultants, referrals, campus hiring, and social media channels.

  • Conducts and oversees interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

  • Negotiates compensation in coordination with management and ensures offer closure.

  • Manages onboarding and induction programs for new hires and recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness.
