Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develops and implements recruitment strategies aligned with organizational workforce plans.
Coordinates with department heads to understand role requirements and competency needs.
Maintains and updates job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with department heads.
Manages sourcing channels including job portals, consultants, referrals, campus hiring, and social media channels.
Conducts and oversees interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Negotiates compensation in coordination with management and ensures offer closure.
Manages onboarding and induction programs for new hires and recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness.
