Responsibilities

  • responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company's workforce needs and goals.
  • must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
  • must be willing and able to work the night shift
  • must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
  • must be able to start right away

Qualifications

  • Min 1-year relevant experience supporting a recruitment team as a coordinator, recruiter or admin specialist
  • Ability to use good judgement, and can be a trusted partner with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Must have the ability to take direction. Willingness to be on the phone
  • conduct interviews and applicant tracking
  • Must be able to utilize email, microsoft suite (excel, word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
