Job Description

:

Develops and executes on recruiting objectives, with a strong emphasis on the identification of qualified candidates aligned to our core competencies. Partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (hybrid schedule with in-person and remote collaboration) to deliver well-matched and diverse pools of candidates in a timely manner. Works diligently to create a best in class candidate experience and to provide local market research to keep business leaders informed of trends to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities: 


  • Works closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define selection process and arrange interviews.



  • Establishes, cultivates, and maintains ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand the business unit and its recruitment needs within the context of their mission.
