We’re looking for a Reddit-native growth marketer who understands how Reddit actually works — the culture, the rules, the nuance, and the line between value and spam. This role combines organic Reddit participation with Reddit Ads strategy and execution . Your goal is to drive authentic awareness, discussion, and profitable growth without getting the brand banned, roasted, or ignored. If you treat Reddit like Facebook or TikTok, this role is not for you.
- Identify and prioritize relevant subreddits (shopping, travel, EDC, sustainability, lifestyle, etc.)
- Participate authentically in discussions using value-first, non-salesy approaches
- Write and post:
- Text posts
- Comment replies
- Soft product mentions where appropriate
- Know when NOT to post (critical skill)
- Engage with users in threads where the brand is mentioned
- Monitor sentiment, feedback, objections, and recurring questions
- Surface insights from Reddit to inform product, messaging, and ads
- Plan and execute Reddit Ads campaigns (traffic, conversions, testing)
- Write Reddit-native ad copy that doesn’t feel like ads
- Test:
- Subreddit targeting
- Interest targeting
- Creative angles and hooks
- Coordinate with the creative team on visuals when needed
- Optimize for CPA / ROAS (not vanity metrics)
- Understand Reddit ad policies and avoid account risk
