Managing end-to-end redevelopment execution and acting as a key liaison between management and multiple external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage redevelopment workflows and project execution
Coordinate with society members, brokers, lawyers, architects, and consultants
Act as a bridge between leadership and on-ground teams
Review and support legal and commercial documentation
Participate in project planning and strategy discussions
Track site progress and resolve execution challenges
Qualifications
4+ years in Mumbai redevelopment projects
Experience in society redevelopment / SRA / MHADA projects
Required Skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Understanding of approvals and documentation
