Managing end-to-end redevelopment execution and acting as a key liaison between management and multiple external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage redevelopment workflows and project execution
• Coordinate with society members, brokers, lawyers, architects, and consultants
• Act as a bridge between leadership and on-ground teams
• Review and support legal and commercial documentation
• Participate in project planning and strategy discussions
• Track site progress and resolve execution challenges

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Mumbai redevelopment projects
• Experience in society redevelopment / SRA / MHADA projects
