About the Role

As a Reefer Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in Contract Logistics sales, connecting origin and destination to strengthen our cold store footprint.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth: Convert Contract Logistics opportunities into Cold Store volume and revenue.
  • Hunter Mindset: Identify and pursue new business with importers/exporters in fresh produce and protein/fish sectors.
  • Market Development: Position our Cold Store as the European anchor for Latin American, Indian & South African cargo.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strategic accounts, develop tailored cold chain solutions, and manage pricing/contract negotiations.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote integrated logistics offerings (reefer trucking, customs brokerage, cold storage, airfreight).
