About the Role We are looking for an experienced Reel Script Writer who understands personal branding content and knows how to create viral, high-retention Instagram Reels. The role requires strong storytelling, trend awareness, and the ability to write scripts that match a client’s speaking flow, tone, and voice modulation.

• Key Responsibilities
• Write engaging Instagram Reel scripts for personal branding clients
• Create hook-based, retention-driven content that has viral potential
• Strategize content ideas aligned with Instagram trends & algorithms
• Convert client knowledge into simple, relatable, high-impact scripts
• Coordinate with video editors & content team for smooth execution
• Ensure scripts match the client’s natural speaking style

• Must-Have Skills
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Reel Script Writer (Personal Branding preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels virality & audience psychology
• Excellent script writing & content creation skills
• Ability to think like a content strategist, not just a writer
• Clear understanding of voice modulation, pauses & delivery style
• Good communication skills to explain scripts to clients confidently
