We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven leader to join our Retail Partnerships Program . In this role, you will drive referral partnerships across the Bupa ecosystem to connect more customers with Bupa’s expanding health services offering. You’ll have direct accountability for sales growth across multiple channels and for building and managing strong on-the-ground partner relationships.

No two days are ever the same. You’ll work closely with practice managers, medical professionals, store leaders, and regional managers to support our connected care strategy, deepen the relationships our customers have with Bupa, and play a key role in implementing programs of work and providing ongoing support to the wider business.
