Job Description:
The Referral Sales Executive is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners to drive patient referrals to the hospital. The role focuses on increasing hospital footfall through effective relationship management, brand promotion, and consistent engagement with the medical fraternity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare partners across assigned territories.
- Identify new referral sources and conduct regular visits to clinics, polyclinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate health partners.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, consultants, and facilities to the medical community through meetings, presentations, and information sharing.
- Ensure timely coordination of referred patients with internal departments such as admissions, patient care, and operations.
- Conduct CME programs (Continuing Medical Education), health talks, and doctor engagement events to enhance hospital visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication team for branding, collaterals, and referral campaigns.
- Track daily referral leads, patient conversions, and maintain a robust referral database.
- Conduct feedback sessions with referring doctors to enhance service quality and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly referral sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Support inter-unit referrals, coordinate with other branches, and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Submit daily visit reports, MIS, and market insights to the Sales Manager/Head.
