Overview</b><br/><br/>The Manager ASH Sales (Cement) will be responsible for driving enterprise-level bulk sales of Ash / Fly Ash across South India, focusing on cement companies, RMC plants, road contractors, and large builders.<br/><br/>The role requires deep market connectivity, strong commercial negotiation skills, and experience managing large-volume, long-term contracts.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>- Drive bulk and enterprise sales of Ash / Fly Ash across TN, Karnataka, and AP<br/><br/>- Manage regional key accounts with cement companies and large RMC players<br/><br/>- Leverage an established strong database and relationships with:<br/><br/>- Cement manufacturers<br/><br/>- RMC companies<br/><br/>- Road contractors<br/><br/>- Large builders and infrastructure developers<br/><br/>- Identify and onboard new enterprise customers and long-term supply contracts<br/><br/>- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volumes, and contracts<br/><br/>- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure uninterrupted supply<br/><br/>- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regional demand<br/><br/>- Achieve sales targets, volume commitments, and collection goals<br/><br/>- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and management reports<br/><br/>- Represent the company in senior-level client meetings and industry forums<br/><br/><b>Key Skills & Competencies</b><br/><br/>- Strong experience in bulk / enterprise B2B sales<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of Ash / Fly Ash applications in cement and RMC<br/><br/>- Excellent network and database in the cement and construction ecosystem<br/><br/>- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills<br/><br/>- Ability to manage large geographies and strategic accounts<br/><br/>- Result-oriented with strong execution focus<br/><br/><b>Preferred Candidate Profile</b><br/><br/>- Any graduate/PG with 8 to 15 years of experience in bulk / B2B / enterprise sales<br/><br/>- Strong exposure to Ash / Fly Ash sales within the cement or allied construction materials industry<br/><br/>- Candidates currently working in Cement companies in Regional / Enterprise Sales roles<br/><br/>- Proven experience dealing with cement companies, RMC players, road contractors, and large builders<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of South India construction and infrastructure markets</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
