Overview</b><br/><br/>The Manager ASH Sales (RMC) will be responsible for driving bulk sales of Ash / Fly Ash to RMC plants, cement companies, road contractors, builders, and infrastructure players. The role requires strong market connectivity, customer acquisition capability, and relationship management in the construction ecosystem.<br/><br/>The role requires a strong industry network, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage large-volume contracts across multiple states.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>- Drive bulk sales and revenue growth for Ash / Fly Ash in the assigned region<br/><br/>- Leverage existing strong database and relationships with:<br/><br/>- Cement companies<br/><br/>- RMC companies<br/><br/>- Road contractors<br/><br/>- Builders and infrastructure developers<br/><br/>- Identify and onboard new bulk customers and long-term contracts<br/><br/>- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements<br/><br/>- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure uninterrupted supply<br/><br/>- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand<br/><br/>- Achieve sales targets, volume commitments, and collection timelines<br/><br/>- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates<br/><br/>- Represent the company in industry meetings and client discussions<br/><br/>- Travel extensively across South India to manage customer relationships<br/><br/>Key Skills & Competencies:<br/><br/>- Strong exposure to bulk material sales and contract management<br/><br/>- Excellent network and database in cement, RMC, and construction segments<br/><br/>- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills<br/><br/>- Good understanding of logistics, dispatch planning, and supply chain coordination<br/><br/>- Results-driven mindset with strong execution focus<br/><br/><b>Preferred Profile:</b><br/><br/>- Any degree with 8 to 15 years of experience in bulk / B2B sales preferably in ash or building materials.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in ASH / Fly Ash / Cement / RMC / Construction materials sales<br/><br/>- Experience selling Fly Ash / Cement / Aggregates / Building Materials<br/><br/>- Should have good database of Cement, RMC, Road contractors, and Builders<br/><br/>- Knowledge of South India construction and infrastructure markets<br/><br/>- Region Coverage: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh<br/><br/>- Candidates currently working in RMC companies with exposure to Ash / Fly Ash are highly preferred</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
