Overview

Fully understand of Mechanical Separator process, what is cell and Oash/(AH).

Control process parameters of mechanical separation, including bowl rpm, turbidity feeding flow rate, cell discharge flow rate, and supernatant @ AH flow rate, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify concentration level needed as per top management order.
• Sample cell/cell sludge discharge from mechanical separation every morning and send to quality department laboratory for checking results.
• Troubleshoot valves when trouble occurs and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Have knowledge of mechanical and instrument parts in the process, such as valve types (butterfly, on-off, check, diaphragm/diagram valve).
• Prepare Operation Data Sheet (ODS) for the mechanical separator process.
• Perform washing and Cleaning in Place (CIP) of the mechanical separator as per management orders.
