Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Installer to join a growing team in Vermont.


If you’re a qualified HVAC tech or mechanical plumber with strong install experience, and you’re ready to step into a senior role with leadership opportunities — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install, test and commission a wide range of air conditioning systems

  • Service and maintain existing units to keep them running at their best

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure systems meet standards

  • Work directly with clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver great outcomes

  • Support and mentor junior installers and apprentices

  • Maintain accurate records and update job progress

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Trade qualified in HVAC or Mechanical Plumbing

  • VBA Licence – Refrigerated Air Conditioning (RAC01 or intermediate)
