Refrigeration Technician

Purpose:

The procurement support technician plays a key role in evaluating and ensuring compliance with Tesco part technical and quality requirements. Provides technical, quality, sourcing, and logistical support for TVS SCS Customer, Supply Chain, Supplier Chain Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Warehouse Teams. This role is focussed on, but not exclusive to, refrigeration parts and suppliers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•          Customer Support: Provide technical and quality support for our customers. Promptly respond to customer queries or requests for information and attend meetings as required.

•          Part Sourcing: Assist purchasing by engaging with our customers and other stakeholders to review part technical and quality requirements and to establish potential alternative sources for the supply of parts.
