Insight Global is seeking a full‑time Refrigeration Technician to join one of our large food‑processing clients in their Melrose, MN facility. This role is offers permanent 2nd‑shift hours (12:00 PM–8:30 PM) or 3rd‑shift hours (8:00 PM–4:30 AM) Monday through Friday with OT eligibility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the various refrigeration equipment throughout the facility including HVAC systems, boilers, refrigeration equipment, air‑compressors, and hot‑water systems, completing both preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. The pay range for this position is $23-29/hour, with the hourly rate determined by the client post-interview. This position includes a strong benefits package, including 2 years paid college tuition for employee children, bonus opportunities and much more!
