PAC is partnering with a well-established national food manufacturer to recruit experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians for facilities in southern Indiana and western Kentucky.
Position Summary: The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC/R systems throughout the facility, including cold production areas. This role ensures proper environmental conditions to support food safety, regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, HACCP), product quality, and employee comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems, including chillers, freezers, and air handling units
