The Opportunity
You’ll lead refurbishment and reinstatement works across a portfolio of retirement villages, ensuring homes are returned to market efficiently and to a consistently high standard. The role calls for someone who can balance commercial outcomes with empathy and clear communication, working confidently within live, occupied communities.
