Position Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team. This hybrid role is based in Singapore and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• External Client Level Engagement
• Collaborate with Regional Consultants and Regional Account Managers to foster positive client relationships and ensure stable operational delivery.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and support strategies that enable the team to provide the expected services.
• Play an active role in shaping the content for annual strategy planning meetings, focusing on regional benefits priorities for the upcoming year.
