Regional Account Manager (Transition to Work)

About the Role

This role will oversee employer sales and servicing for an Employment Region for Transition to Work (roles focused on young job seekers - 15 to 24 years of age). The role will focus on direct marketing, vacancy gathering and management, development of pre-employment programs, Apprenticeships and Traineeships.

Travel across the region will be required so holding an unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to drive are essential for this role. This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis at our Armadale Site.

You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary package.
