About the Role:
● The Executive will be responsible for managing and retaining assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals with price uplifts, meeting collection targets, and driving growth through farming and customer engagement.
● The person will report to the Regional Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
● Ensure timely annual contract renewals with appropriate price revisions.
● Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
● Monitor and manage collections and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) performance.
● Identify opportunities for up-selling and value-added services.
● Develop new business opportunities (farming) within existing and new customer accounts.
