Regional Admin Manager – Retail

Reporting to: Regional ManagerReported to by: Accounting Manager, HR Supervisor, IT Supervisor, Inventory StaffTargets of the Position:

• Provide monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet of the Region
• Take Responsibility of correct and accurate Store Accounting
• Provides Reports and Statistics in order to manage and improve the Operations of the Region
• Ensure the necessary Legal Procedures on Accounting, Tax matters, and Labor Law
• Ensure the lowest possible Cost and highest possible Productivity in the reposting departments

• Organize an efficient Accounting Department especially for the Accounting of all Procedures which concern the Stores (“Store Accounting”)
• Administrate all HR and Payroll matters of the Region, legally and financially
• Provide the necessary Information to the Company’s Tax and Accounting Advisors and Auditors
