Key Responsibilities

  • Own regional admissions targets and drive end-to-end conversion from leads to enrollments.
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of Admission Managers and Counselors.
  • Track daily/weekly metrics across calls, connects, demos, and closures to drive performance.
  • Monitor pitch quality and SOP adherence through regular audits, shadowing, and feedback sessions.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve individual productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with central functions (Marketing, Academics, Tech) to ensure lead quality and funnel flow.
  • Improve candidate experience and reduce lead leakage through daily engagement and interventions.
  • Report performance to VP - Admissions and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.
