Job Summary
The ideal candidate will help enhance the organization's human resources planning, recruitment, on-boarding, training oversight, labour relations, performance management, health & safety, and implement human resources policies and practices. This role will report to the Regional (Area) Vice President, Operations, and the Canadian Corporate Vice President, Human Resources. The Regional/Area HR Manager will manage 5 direct reports, such as HR Specialists and Administrative Generalists who support the Region/Area. The successful candidate is also responsible for overseeing and managing several key programs and must be able to display effective interpersonal and leadership skills when dealing with all levels of management, staff and customers.
