Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.

The company is founder‑led, profitable and growing. We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams.

We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. As a manager, your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs / BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales development teams to ensure they meet or exceed pipeline and quota targets.
  • Co‑create and evolve training programs, coaching techniques, and best practices for sales development staff.
  • Analyze team metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and senior sales to align messaging and priorities.
  • Represent the team in executive meetings and provide progress updates on pipeline health.
