Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Lead our Global Benefits Strategy within the EMEA region;
Provide local support and expertise to People Partners and local leadership;
Collaborate with Mercer-Marsh Benefits consultants and brokers to manage benefit plans across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global directives;
Conduct benchmarking to identify issues, develop solutions, and assess local trends and changes in benefits legislation;
Oversee annual renewals by coordinating with consultants, brokers, and local finance teams to adjust plan design elements and eligibility criteria;
Support the rollout of global well-being strategies and initiatives, working closely with local HR to enhance employee benefits and well-being programs;
