Job Description

The Regional Business Development Manager – Real Estate will drive centre expansion across the assigned region. The role includes site sourcing, feasibility assessment, landlord negotiations, legal coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality store openings. This position requires extensive travel across the assigned region for market visits, site evaluations, and landlord/vendor meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Expansion

  • Lead centre expansion across all assigned cities within the region.
  • Scout and identify suitable properties based on regional expansion priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with brokers, consultants, developers, and landlords.
