Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and strategic growth across ASEAN countries . The ideal candidate will have strong EPC market knowledge, proven regional business development experience, and an established network across Southeast Asia’s infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for EPC projects across ASEAN markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partners, and clients in sectors such as power, renewable energy, industrial plants, utilities, and infrastructure development.
• Manage end-to-end BD cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal coordination, tender follow-ups, and contract negotiations.
